Pribilof Canyon, south-eastern Bering Sea and Amchitka Island, Aleutian Islands (Mecklenburg et al. 2002) to southern Baja California (26 ° 46 ’ N, 114 ° 07 ’ W) (Snytko and Fedorov 1975). Benthic; depth: 4 – 550 m (13 – 1,804 ft) (DFO).
