Fish consumption that is less than 2 (75g or ½ cup) servings of fish per week is not a significant hazard to human health for men and women after childbearing years. However, personal and cultural practices and preferences may involve eating fish more often. Individuals can balance the benefits and risks to decide how much fish to eat.
